“Well this comes down to an issue that we face with these devices that have not faced in the IT industry until recently. These are mobile devices typically policy enforcement on a static fixed enterprise. I am wired into my campuses, glue them all in with an Ethernet and I can control it. These devices need to be policy controlled with mobile based firewalls that have geolocation abilities in them so that we can enforce policy where they have their physical location of the device itself.”

“No consumers are idiots! They don’t think about security! They don’t think of privacy! Okay this device is really cool! I can get on Facebook and do that entire sort of thing. There is this unfortunate tendency on the part of the consumer that someone else has to handle it. “I don’t need to worry about it.” That problem has existed for 30 years with the computer and with the new computer it is only going to get worse.”
